As first time home buyers we thought the home buying process would be difficult and full of unwanted surprises, but with Matt, the process went much more smoothly than expected. Matt was always prompt with his responses, and made time in his busy spring schedule to show us the houses we wanted to see as soon as possible. He sent clear and concise emails detailing what our next steps were when we found a house we loved and helped us to coordinate all of the inspections and walk throughs even when things didn’t go according to plan. However one of the most important qualities we were looking for in an agent was an easygoing personality coupled with firm negotiation skills. Matt passed this with flying colors. He is extremely easy to talk to, listens well and understands what the buyer needs and wants.
